Friends 4 Heart invites you to participate in the third annual Friends 4 Heart Golf Tournament on Friday, November 5, 2010 at Bridlewood Golf Course in Flower Mound, Texas. Friends 4 Heart is a non-profit organization raising funds to benefit the research of, treatment of, and support of children with congenital heart defects. This year's proceeds will benefit Medical City Children's Hospital Congenital Heart Program.
To guarantee a place or sponsorship in the tournament, please download, print and mail the registration form. The field will be limited and the slots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis, so please don't delay.
